Does the artist use photos?
Yes and your own photos may be used for references in many instances. However, whenever possible, the artist prefers to take the photos. What if we live in a distant location from the studio and unsure how to take photos?

As the artist is often traveling, there may be an opportunity to meet at an event or schedule a photo shoot on location.
How can I be guaranteed that the piece of artwork will thoroughly represent my pet, that is, look and have the essence of my companion?
As the piece of artwork nears completion, photos are taken and sent to the client for recommendations regarding adjustments. The client may collaborate with the artist to ensure 100% satisfaction with the finished product.
How do I determine the cost?
Roberts’ works cover a wide range in pricing and she freely welcomes requests for estimates. Simply contact the artist with an idea in mind and together discuss options to satisfy both your dreams and those within a specific budget.
What is the process for reimbursement?
Fifty percent of the fee is retained prior to commencing the project and the remainder upon completion. In the event the artwork is to be shipped, the client accepts responsibility for packaging, shipping and insurance expenses.
How soon will the artwork be completed?
The time from start to completion varies with the medium and complexity of the project. Many are completed within duration of six months.There may be room for exception if the time frame of necessity is of the utmost importance and the media allows.
